The Tarhuni Foundation
The Tarhuni Foundation is a non-political, not-for-profit, educational and humanitarian relief organization established in 2011 by Dr. Wadea Tarhuni, MD, Cardiologist. Dr. Tarhuni is president and CEO of the Windsor Cardiac Centre where he is the leading cardiologist.
He received his first medical degree in Libya and did his cardiology residency in Toronto. He is licensed in Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Michigan. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in internal medicine and cardiology, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Cardiology, the American Society of Echocardiography and the American Heart Association.
