To establish, maintain and create a non-political educational, not-for-profit and humanitarian relief organization that is brad in nature with the following objectives:

  • To support and facilitate the relief of poverty and bring relief to the poor; such as starting food banks and soup kitchens, as well as supplying low-cost rental housing, clothing, furniture and appliances to the poor;
  • The Foundation will be committed to helping the general public and promote health practices in Canada and internationally;
  • Providing scholarships, bursaries and prizes for scholastic achievements.
  • Preventing and relieving sickness and disability, both physical and mental (e.g. supporting clinics, nurses and home care services);
  • Rehabilitation victims of substance abuse and preventing substance abuse;
  • Provide counseling services for people in distress;
  • To develop and promote a plan to share the medical knowledge and educate health professionals in other countries, also medicine distribution in countries in need;
  • Provide certain public amenities to benefit the community, like public recreation grounds;
  • To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income there from, from time to time, to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under The Income Tax Act (Canada).
